            "An Act relating to education tax credits and a                                                                     
            tax credit for gifts to the Alaska Fire Standards                                                                   
            Council; providing for an effective date by                                                                         
            repealing the effective dates in sec. 57, ch. 92,                                                                   
            SLA 2010, as amended by sec. 15, ch. 7, FSSLA                                                                       
            2011, and in sec 32, ch. 74, SLA 2012; and
